Serbia Residence Center publishes general information about Serbian and Montenegrin residence procedure, and offers consulting and legal services to foreign nationals. The pages here describe how those procedures are structured and what they typically involve.

Nothing on this site is legal advice for your situation, and no lawyer-client relationship is created by reading a page, using a tool, or sending us an enquiry through the form.
That relationship begins only when we have discussed your case, agreed in writing what we will do, and you have accepted that scope. Until that point, please do not act on anything here as though it were advice tailored to you, and do not send us anything you would only want a lawyer to see.
Rules change, and pages go stale
Immigration and tax rules in Serbia change, sometimes with little notice, and a page that was accurate when it was written can stop being accurate. Every page carries the date it was last reviewed for exactly this reason.
Check anything time-sensitive with us, or with another qualified adviser, before you act on it. Fees, deadlines and qualifying periods are the fields most likely to have moved.
The tools are estimates
The residence ground finder and the visa-free day counter are aids to thinking, not determinations. The ground finder narrows the likely basis from a handful of answers; it has not seen your documents. The day counter arithmetic is exact, but it counts against the allowance you enter, and confirming the allowance that applies to your nationality is your responsibility.
Neither output is a decision, and neither binds any authority.
No outcome is guaranteed
Residence, permanent residence and citizenship decisions are made by Serbian authorities, and some of them are discretionary. Nobody can guarantee a grant, and anyone who does is telling you something they cannot deliver.
What we can commit to is that we will tell you honestly whether your case has a workable basis before you spend money on it, and decline the work if it does not.
Fees
Any price shown on this site is indicative. What binds either of us is the written scope and fixed fee agreed with you before work begins. Government fees, court translation and insurance are passed through at cost and are not ours.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by agreement, including consumer rights that may apply to you.
